eMark Beauty Shipping Policy:

Free "Next Business Day" Shipping within the continental United States. Extra charges are applied to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other countries.

eMark Beauty Return Policy:

Returns are accepted under the stipulation that the product is returned to the Seller within 30 days from the time of delivery to Buyer. After 30 days it falls under the 1 year eMark Beauty Warranty.

  Item must be in original condition and resalable by Seller. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost back to the seller order to guarantee a full refund.  

Return payment will be sent the way the customer has paid. It is the Customer’s responsibility is to insure the shipment against damages.

eMark Beauty Hours are Monday through Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm CST. If no one answers leave a message and we will call you back. As part of our commitment to our customers, we will ship your item the same day as purchase till 3pm the same day. After 3pm we will ship the next day except for Saturday and Sunday.

1 Year eMark Beauty Warranty - eMark Beauty stands behind all of our products with confidence. Your new item purchased from eMark Beauty comes with a 1 year warranty. Warranty does not apply to glass products or accessories. Warranty does not include shipping charges to our repair center.
